What is Corporate Housing?

Corporate housing is an affordable, convenient alternative to lengthy and expensive hotel stays. As a full-service solution for companies and individuals seeking spacious and private accommodations, our knowledgeable staff handles all the details that you don’t have time for: furnishing the apartment, setting up and managing utilities, billing and maintenance. We are the single point-of-contact for you, from the start of your lease term to the end.

What are your prices?

The cost of your furnished apartment depends upon a number of factors: location, size of the unit, and length of stay. In most cases, a Hampton apartment will cost substantially less than a hotel room for the same length of stay. Considering all the space, privacy and comfort of having your very own apartment, the value of Hampton Corporate Suites is unbeatable. We offer flexible billing options and can deal directly with your company, if desired.

What's included in a Hampton Corporate Suites package?

Each Hampton apartment includes all furniture & housewares, fully equipped kitchen, all utilities, washer/dryer,* high-speed internet and expanded basic cable. Optional items include local & long-distance phone service, regular housekeeping and premium cable. Most of our apartment communities feature fitness, laundry and business facilities. If you have pets, they’re welcome too!

What types of accommodations do you offer?

Hampton Corporate Suites offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units in a variety of building styles. Choose from apartment complexes, townhouses, villas, lofts, condominiums and high-rises.

How does the process work?

Simply contact us by phone, e-mail or through this website and give us the following information: Location, Size, Price Range, Length of Stay and any special requests. We typically present 2 to 5 options with detailed amenity and pricing information for you to review. We offer free tours upon request.* After you make your selection, we will forward you the leasing documents necessary to secure the unit. We will provide any applicable instructions that may be helpful for your move-in. Throughout your stay, we manage the billing and utilities for your apartment, and remain the single point-of-contact for you. As the end of your lease nears, we will contact you to confirm your specific move-out date and procedures.
